US Foreign Policy is not just about humanitarianism & freedom, agreed, but does Obama have a Rwanda?

Yes, US foreign policy sucks in terms of lacking pure motivation and consistency but that isn't necessarily Obama's fault. Other than continuing Bush's mistakes, which to also give him credit was less dumb than starting them. That being said, I was hoping for more than a marginal improvement after the Bush years. But, that doesn't make Obama Bush either.

1. Wow the un'rec crowd is out in force today

I agree, we are not going to go from Bush to FDR in 2 years. BTW does anyone remember that FDR imprisoned Japanese Americans during WWII? That is no different then Gito, and we remember FDR as one of our greatest presidents.

2. The Japanese internments were one the lowest points

of our history. I wouldn't point to it as a supportive argument for anything.
