They have a history of promoting sabotage, which in the case of food service might mean putting bodily substances in the sandwich. Who knows? If it was the SEIU or some other union which didn't promote making victims of customers I would probably support them, and the fact that they're having trouble getting established might have something to do with their extreme tactics. They are actually doing the workers a disservice by being there instead of another union.
