The Florida repub, Rep. Kathleen Passidomo, R-Naples, who blamed a girl being raped by 18 men and boys on the girl's clothes is "very hurt" by the reaction to what she said.

She also said she was involved with Shelter for Abused women and Children.
The impression I got was she felt she was wronged in the accusations.

It doesn't make any difference to a rapist what someone is wearing, if they find an opportunity to rape they will. I was wearing jeans and a long sleeved shirt when it happened to me.

She couldn't have had any education on this issue if she thought this would be the proper answer to protect young girls.
