On Unions and "shared sacrifice".
On local radio yesterday.

"During this recession the private sector has had to make enormous sacrifices. We are only only asking the public unions to accept their fair share of the sacrifices. There is simply not enough money to pay the salaries and benefits these people demand."

BULLSHIT.

"We" have plenty of fucking money. You stupid asses are the ones who made the decision NOT TO TAX THE PEOPLE WITH ALL THE FUCKING MONEY.

And likewise to all you businesses big, midsized or small who have been funneling all the cash to the top for decades. Regardless of what some tea party schmuck might blabber on the TeeVee WE ALL KNOW YOU HAVE PLENTY OF FUCKING MONEY. You could give us all raises and benefits if you damn well wanted.

"JUST GIVE US 1/4 OF WHAT YOU STOLE FROM US. WE COULD ALL BE RICH ON THAT."

That phrase was uttered by a Libyan protester yesterday on NPR. It should be the mantra of every worker in the world.

2. "Unions: The anti-theft device for working people"
A great bumper sticker!:7

I've gotten a lot of what might be called

"vehicular high fives" on that one.

5. Isn't it great?....Unfortunately, it was put out by Northland Poster group
which went out of businees in late 2009.

I tried cafefreepress, but couldn't find it there under "union" as a sticker subject.

It might be able to be "custom made" but I don't know if there are any "copyright" considerations.

Good luck, though

3. Alright, but how do we get our money back from the wealthy ...
Edited on Sat Feb-26-11 10:58 AM by NNN0LHI
... when we have voters stupid enough to stay home from the polls on election day "to make a point", and lose Senators like Russ Feingold in the process?

How do we do it? Ask them nicely to share a little? Think they will?
