He must be following the warrior diet, and the warrior way... no, not only good for the military.

Eat when you can, mostly grazing. Sleep when you can... work. It can be dome for up to three weeks, before you really crash.

3. The strangest part of all,

is the week or two when you stop even thinking about it. It almost feels normal.

The problem is that you know something's wrong, you just can't really put your finger on it beyond 'no sleep'. Because it's not just that.

4. You had that experience in residency

I had that experience in a disaster.

For me it was coming home, adrenalin going down... I fell asleep on the sofa, with the boots still on, seating up.

But yes, it is really weird
