Why should anyone but billionaires be able to view art in person
Isn't seeing it on the internet enough?

And, if you can't afford a computer, why are you even thinking about art anyway? Get out and hunt for a nonexistent job.

1. When the Nazis invaded neighboring European nations
a special Nazi art group confiscated each nation's most valuable art works. This is exactly the same thing, albeit with a "kinder-gentler" face.
