I received a letter from Bob Tuke yesterday, Bob is a former senatorial candidate 4 years ago when a bunch of so-called democrats were openly advocating the re-election of Lamar Alexander :puke:, and yeah I'm still a little bitter about that. Bitter, party of one...no actually I know a lot of people who are still pissed about that. Onto the letter...

Dear XXXX,

I can't thank you enough for the support you showed me four years ago when I ran for U.S. Senate. As you know, I'm not running for office this November, but I am supporting candidates that I believe want to be in public office for the right reasons.

Eric Stewart is one of those candidates. During his four years in the State Senate, Eric proved that he will stand up for working class families and Tennessee values. He is now running for U.S. Congress in Tennessee's 4th Congressional District.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has named Eric's campaign as the only "Emerging Race to Watch" in Tennessee. If he meets his fundraising goal of $250,000 by June 30th, his campaign will be moved to the top-tier status of being a "Red to Blue" race.

That's all from the letter, the 4th district seat is currently held by Scott DesJarlais who is a nasty piece of work. This isn't my district, but I will toss a little cash into this race.

Unfortunately this year the Republican may get reelected in my district which would be the first since the early 1900's.
