I put time in as a mod for 4 months earlier this year and part of 2010. I grew to love the way DU2 looked and ran from the member and mod side.
I would like this place to be left for those of us who are registered to come to if we would prefer to post here and enjoy the comraderie of those who wish to focus some energy on this version of DU, or even for nostalgic sake. Anyone new is going to find DU3, so why not, it would be appreciated if this could be done... thanks and, Skinner, regardless if you see this, I was proud to have your back in rough waters earlier this year. Thanks for the message you sent me then, it meant a lot.

Congrats on the new DU, and thanks for making this software on DU2 as good as you all could.

thanks for putting all those mod hours in, seriously. very impressive! you all did so much work and the site was excellent IMHO with such a great mod group. if anyone reading has never been a mod, it can really take a lot of your time up but the laughs and good people you meet (like the dear one I'm replying to) is worth it. :hug:

Which we're hoping will be awhile, as do the members who still hang out here. It's either loyalty or an addiction, LOL. :D

It is actually tough to let go, since we've learned to be responsible, and many of the others have been doing this much longer than I have. I was here for the switch from DU.1, but it didn't seem to be such a drastic change. And I'm not all that technologically proficient, so I'm still sorting out DU.3... :hide:

We certainly miss you, my friend, and you're welcome to hang out with us anytime. We'd love the company! ;)
