2. A badge of honor.
When the cesspool of humanity calls you a terrorist, wear their lying hatred proud.

4. I'm sure the scum at fox nues wants to put all that military police
gear and the patriot act to work on the left.

Gee, first it was all about protecting the homeland and now its becoming a means to destroy, imprison, maybe even kill, your fellow american citizen!

Couldn't see that comin, nope....:sarcasm:

5. Not "are"... "treated as" is more like it.
Police depts all over the country must have gotten a bunch of bullshit instructions to go along with their homeland security toys.
It's going to take a lot of lawsuits to convince cities to distinguish between actual terrorist acts and citizens exercising their constitutional rights.

That's the key to understanding their propaganda. Everything that they say about other people applies to them.

One thing my mother taught me that has held true throughout my life - "When people talk about other people they're really talking about themselves."

Edited on Wed Nov-23-11 08:48 PM by fascisthunter
Why yes, it does look like that.

They need to be placed on the spot for the 99% to see. What else would bolster their "credibility" than to answer such inquiries? Surely they, being a bastion of 'truth' would not deny their viewers an answer... truth.

19. Actually Timothy McVeigh (R) was more of a domestic terrorist.
Edited on Wed Nov-23-11 10:39 PM by gulliver
I don't think the term means what Fox thinks it means. I thought Republicans tried to stay away from the term "domestic terrorist," because the greatest act of domestic terror by far was committed by one of theirs.

22. It won't be contained to Faux, there are too many wannabes.
There will much bitterness toward those who refused to unite to control the overreaching powers assumed by our government in the wake of 9/11 that continue to this day under "new management" powered by our work, money, and votes.

23. This is why I love Twitter
For some completely inexplicable reason, these morons seem to forget that what they say on that platform is public, and make their unfiltered commentary, blatantly revealing to the world the ugly that normally bubbles just underneath the surface.

25. So this means...
they are terrified of us. They probably should be. I can't be terribly active in the movement yet with work and domestic duties to attend to, but this will change in a few months and I will be an empty nester. I hope by then people in the movement realize we are not going to get anything with negotiation and plans for alternate economies are underway.

26. Agreed. All political processes in the world are owned by the 1%
We need to form our own local democracies as the Occupy camps do.

In the meantime I will continue to vote for as many progressives as possible. But I realize they will only be allowed to go so far by the 1%.

Capitalism has failed the 99% many, many, times. This present failure may turn out to be the worst one yet. Consumerism is dying. Continuous mass consumption made possible with finite resources and slave labor is killing the world.

Its way past time for a new sustainable system. Occupy the world!
