1. I think they can "visit" but can't "stay"... They're not
allowing sleeping bags, tents, tarps, etc.

3. They can stay 24 hrs. per day, but they can't camp out.
That's what I heard on Pacifica Radio late this afternoon.

7. She meant the park is open 24/7, not that an individual can only stay 24 hours. n/t
