Filmmaker Michael Moore to visit Occupy Denver group

Documentary filmmaker and author Michael Moore will be in Denver today and plans to drop in on the Occupy Denver group in Civic Center.

Moore will be in town for a book signing at the Tattered Cover and an appearance on the Auraria campus.

Occupy Denver organizers say Moore will appear at their Civic Center site at 4 p.m. Moore has appeared at other Occupy sites, including Portland, Ore., on Monday.

He's set to appear at the University of Colorado at Denver at 2:30 p.m. and the Tattered Cover, 2526 E. Colfax Ave., at 6:30 p.m.
