My fearless prediction of what the 2012 GOP ticket will be: Perry/Bachmann

They are likely to have competed to hard for the fundie vote to be able to co-exist peacefully. It is much more likely that only one of them are on the ticket so that the other spot is available for someone able to attract the sane voters, one nut is enough.
