put our men at risk to patrol the horn of Africa, have hundreds of thousands of troops keeping the oil flowing in the middle east...

And the people who run the companies that benefit from our collective bolstering for their protections are bankrolling the republican party who refuse to raise their taxes...

Why isn't anyone pointing out that we are the mercenaries of the world and yet we get nothing at all in return except for complaints about corporate taxes being too high.

I guess they can't see beyond their own benefits.

As long as they have theirs, they don't care about the rest of us, or this country either.

I can sort of see their point: If they pay more taxes, then they couldn't possibly be as rich as they feel they deserve!
