TAX THE RICH. END THE WARS.
Don't take this out on hard working Americans - they're just trying to live, while the rich are just trying to suck 'em for all they've got.

Doing those two things would mean 90% of this crisis would have never happened.

Shame on Obama.

11. Yes really.
Both Bush wars are winding down as he promised, and just tonight he confirmed that the Bush tax cuts will expire.

12. Those tax cuts would have expired on their own without this deal
in Dec. We won nothing on taxes. All we get are cuts. He is handing us a old stale piece of bread and telling us it is fresh.

5. What is so complex about it?
Ending the American involvement in the wars would save TRILLIONS.

I usually don't agree with ANY teabagger but Ron Paul says it best when he says America cannot be "the policemen of the world."

6. NO!! that would make the baby jeebus and Obama cry, and may make boner off himself
Boner cries over a parking space, seriously what you propose would be too much for him to bear.

10. My thing is this:
Conservatives say if we tax the rich we punish their success.

No, we don't.

Hey, Mr. Rich Guy - you can live in your million dollar home and use your 500k yacht as much as you like. As long as you pay your fair share. That's all we're asking.

Don't shove the tax burden on the poorest of us.

13. Tax the rich, end the wars, bring the troops home.
Put the troops to work building high speed rail, repairing our infrastructure, and clean up the gulf. This would not only solve the budget but it would pay for itself 1,000,000 times over.

16. Alleviating any significant tax burden from the uber-wealthy and large
corporations is the Republican core value #1 and always having a convenient bogey-man to kick around so the MIC coffers will always be fully stoked is the Republican core value #2, all imnsho. :patriot:
