I am absolutely disgusted with Speaker Boehner and the like-minded House members in the Republican Party. America is now positioned to be ruined economically because of the GOP's refusal to enact even the most modest and reasonable tax increases on those who can most easily afford them. Instead, they insist on cutting programs that provide food and shelter to our most vulnerable citizens.

I appeal to you as a Nebraskan to work with other House members, regardless of their party affiliation, who will agree to avoid default based on a framework of a combination of common sense-expense cuts and revenue increases.




Call. E-mail. Fax. Do what you can.
