ACLU is suing in Michigan on behalf of the Recall Rick Snyder campaign

Genesee County Parks are making it difficult - if not downright impossible to have petition signing events in the county parks.

There have been so many other instances of local officials threatening the petitioners, but this one is now going to the courts.
