1. Equating his highest level managers to the thousands of others on the payroll
Talk about a stretch.

4. And the highest level of managers never let the owner influence the corporate
culture since they act wholly free of ownership influence. Yeah, that's how it works 'cause the fish never rots from the head. ;) :patriot:

6. Particularly when it's a matter of record that he took direct interest...
...in any number of individuals much further down the pecking order.

8. Murdoch
http://www.politicususa.com/en/olbermann-murdoch-blackmail

Keith's personal medical information was used to blackmail him while he worked at a fox or fox division. Knowing his frail health, they presented a contract that would have killed him. Keith accepted a much lesser offer and actually stayed, because he had to .

Keith wonders about all the other decent people at Fox and if they were also subjected to such totalitarianism and heartlessness?

Rebekah Brooks have just quit and the ex secretary, Murdoch
stepdaughter has been arrested.

His chief ass-wipes are in full flight ahead of prosecution.
Me thinks they may fold under pressure.

5. He "found out"?
Actually, his dirty deeds were found out. Now, like countless cowards before him, Murdoch is feeding the underlings to the prosecutors in hopes that they will be sated by the small fry before going for the big fish himself.

7.  "costing hiself a good deal of money, i imagine"
I imagine that the freeper Mr. K wasn't paying much attention while in his grade school's English/spelling classes.

Unleash the bad grammar!

10. Uh NO, he didn't fire them, they 'retired' to get out of the spotlight.
If no one ever would have found out any of this, they would be still going headstrong in altering governments with fear, bribes and intimidation. My country might put up with it, but I imagine the UK won't stand for it at all. We shall see.
