1. Yes. I use my state Democrats as my measure. They've been refuckingmarkable.

13. My state Dems are excellent. Without Dem control of the Senate, Iowa would be another Wisconsin.
My US Senator and rep are great too

2. They do not deserve my respect
They have allowed my vote to be stolen. Have become rich beyond reason and have cast aside all those who were at one time speaking for me. They either are as crooked as republicans or are just plain idiots. Crooked seems to be the case.

3. No and I can't expect it to be loyal to me.
They are not meant to be loyal to members of the working class. They are a bourgeois party and thus will be loyal to the bourgeoisie. The rest of us are useful serfs.

5. You gotta give percents here.
My state Dems are behind a great deal of good work. Federal Dems it feels like there's a disconnect, but you don't want to turn your back on what they have done.

9. I get your point that being said - it's been a long time
That any body could 'cheat' on me & I would be bothered. Stil...point taken.

14. As long as I'm their useful idiot.
On a local level I think a party is more inclined to care. However, in the macro, I'm just a statistic.

I like all Dems but we have to solve the problem of the money that flows around in the federal level. As soon as we solve that we will have both sides always under the thumb of the Corporations.

Loyal to me? Yeah, as loyal as any moderate to mainstream repubicans have been loyal to me. Nelson Rockefeller was more loyal to me. Hell, Richard Nixon was more loyal to me. People like Mario Cuomo are not even in the picture anymore. The liberals get laughed out of the action these days.
