Palindrones
Let's call them that. Has anyone suggested that name before?

I like the "drone" part, and I like how close it is to palindrome, since they don't seem to know face from rear.

3. That word is already in use.
It means a word that is spelled backwards the same as it's spelled forwards. Example: Madam.
