Drug test welfare recipients because they are using taxpayer dollars?
Our legislators are paid by taxpayer dollars.
Why don't we pass a law requiring every representative, Senator, Governor, Judge and any candidate for these offices to take and PASS a drug screening exam? They must also pass annual drug/alcohol exams.

I don't want my taxpayer dollars allowing Boner to buy a round for the bar every night.

While we are on this "Taxpayer dollars" rant...I'm tired of GOP officials using our taxpayer dollars to buy whores, drugs and chasing pages for sex...it needs to stop. How do these Christian Conservatives continue to return to office to abuse my taxpayer dollars?

2. You'd probably find more coke users and alcholoics than Florida will find on 'welfare'.

3.  So many employers demand post-accident drug screens
Edited on Thu Jun-02-11 11:46 AM by rustydog
The new law should also have a provision that if a representative falls down at work, accidentally cuts self in the cafeteria, drops and breaks state property, that person must submit to a post-accident drug screen test.

If these laws are good enough for our representatives to pass for big business, our representatives should be held to the same standard I am held to.

4. I say anyone who proposes such a satanic policy should be tested for WITCHCRAFT!!1!
First a thorough examination for the "devil's spot", then the dunk test.

repubs say they do. They suck money from taxpayers, reduce wages and move jobs out of the country. (and get more subsidies for that!)

7. No, no, it's not because they're using taxpayer dollars -- no matter what is claimed.
It's because they're vulnerable, easily stigmatized, and political hay can be made of it.

8. Of course you are right. But why not take THEIR words and use them
against them? If it is good enough for born-again family-values Christian (as you treat the least among you, you treat Me) Conservatives to force on me in my workplace and to propose that the "least" amongst us may be using drugs with our taxpayer dollars therefore they must be drug tested...Then let us use their talking points and hold them to the same Goddamn standard they force on everyone else.
