Aside from the scary ride I'm noticing that the Muscovites seem to be doing better financially than they were when I was there in the '70's. Cars in much better condition and so many varieties now .

Yeah, the video had my adrenalin going, I've done that in the past where it was legal and even though it's not as dangerous as it really looks it's still scary to see.

Of course if you go somewhere like Mexico City this guy seems modest and sedate, driving styles and traffic vary a lot around the world and I've had international visitors tell me some of the stuff Americans do on the road scares the crap out of them.

After watching it some more, I'd be annoyed as hell if I was some of those people. He came out of nowhere and cut them off while they were changing lanes. That's a great way to get crushed, me thinks.

5. Looks like the Cross-Bronx Expressway, only the cars are newer & nicer, and there are fewer cops

in Moscow. Has the world turned upside-down? We may have "won" the Cold War but they've clearly come up on top since we lost the GWOT.

But, Dear G-d, Moscow is dreary in November.
