You Gotta Give 'em Enough Rope!
and I think it is possible that we already have. The Republican House, under John Boehner, enacted a new rule that "prohibit the consideration of any measure that expresses appreciation, commends, congratulates, celebrates, recognizes the accomplishments of, or celebrates the anniversary of, an entity, event, group, individual, institution, team or government program; or acknowledges or recognizes a period of time for such purposes". <<--this includes our military.

Really? You can't support our troops?

Maybe we should revive their old mantras of "I don't know about you, but when these pundits start criticizing our Commander in Chief while we have troops serving on foreign soil, it really shows who loves their country and who doesn't." <<---Remember that 24/7? Maybe we should remind them to practice what they preach.

I think the Republican Party refusing to acknowledge those seals will swing some indies. I mean it.

2. That was shameful, petulant behavior on Boehner's part.
If the House can honor Miami University's Bicentennial or Lester Flatt, he could certainly honor the SEALS who successfully rid the world of bin Laden.

Didn't see a link. I know the Republicans are heartless, but now because the Commander and Chief is not their guy, neither are the troops? WTSeriouslyH?
