got re-engaged to Bristol, he totally recanted it. Now he's recanting his recantation. As much as I want to believe him, there's some issue to his credibility when he says I was lying when I said I was lying.

27. In that article linked there are a lot of 'alleged', 'may have', 'could have'

type statements, but no actual quotes that said in fact that Track had anything to do with the vandalism.

There is also the time lapse between the incident in 2005 and Track's enlistment a couple of years later. If the lad was in fact guilty, and was in fact charged with the crime, why wait two or more years for an adjudication?

Are there any published reports that he was in fact involved in that vandalism incident?
