My dad was in Vietnam and said if OBL was hit by a rifle his head probably exploded like a melon.

1. They might not have been using rifles.

The degree of head explosion would depend on a lot of things, including the caliber of the bullet, as well as the type of weapon. It's quite possible to shoot someone in the head and not have said head explode.

Regardless, I don't want to see photos.

I can see why some people might want to see the photo. It's the only dividend they'll ever receive after almost 10 years of expensive, unfunded conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan which has decimated our economy and changed our future. Did OBL really lose the war?
