Except that those holdings are less than one tenth of one percent of their total holdings. It's hard to argue a conflict of interest when the interest is so small you dont even notice it.
In the second OP, there isn't even the pretense of a related issue or claim of conflict. Pelosi is simply stated to be bad because she made a lot of money last year.
Both of these OPs are guilty of a form of the logical fallacy "Appeal to poverty"
