equating the misdeeds of repubs with dems.

i like jon, but sometimes he overdoes the balancing act thingy.

6. appealing to the Left sense of tolerance and reason as a means of quieting there discontent with
right leaning Media coverage.

When the left shuts up and all that is left is the railing of the Right on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX will Jon Stewart then be satisfacted that the partisan bickering has ended when the Left appeal to facts is completely overwhelmed by the Rights appeal to greed and hate.

Surely, Jon's corporate advertisers will be most pleased.

Granted, not to equal proportions but still... Ocassionally, Big Ed's and KO's rhetoric can be just as stupidly hyperbolic as what we hear on FauxNews.

4. Yeah but THEY started it!
What I mean is...as stated by Mike Papantonio on Ed's show today...the loudmouths on the right (esp. / starting with Limbaugh) began this drumbeat, and Keith and Ed arose to counter it. What - should the left just have ignored it and let it run with no response?
