Sarah Palin Booed on 'DWTS

1. from the tape I saw, its unclear who the audience was booing

the booing occurred off camera while other contestants were being interviewed back stage. Could've been for a score the crowd disagreed with, who knows. When they did cut to the interview with Palin, there were no boos that I heard.

2. I sent the following email to DWTS.

You have ruined Dancing with the Stars for my entire family! Sara Palin is a quitter and an liar. You have set an extremely BAD example for my children and family. We will NEVER watch you show again and definitely not patronize your sponsors. I am sending a letter of complaint to all of you sponsors.
First Tom "Jack Abramoff" Delay and now the Tea Bagging Quitter. Your show is despicable.

I don't watch the damn show anyway. My wife does. I just want to tweak their noses.

3. That was SO FUNNY! As soon as we heard the booing, and Jennifer

Grey said, "why are they booing?!" I jokingly said to my husband, "they must have seen Palin." Then they cut away to her sitting with the host!! BWHAHAHAHAHA. It was so obvious who was being booed!

I hope this doesn't make Tweety cry.

4. She wasn't booed. Crowd booed Jennifer Grey's low scores.

Now, dont get me wrong, if they HAD booed her, I wouldn't have complained, but the (probably) fairly liberal crowd was quite hospitable to her.

Jennifer Grey got what I and apparently a lot of others felt was too low of a score .... crowd immediately started booing after they were revealed .... SEVERAL minutes after Palin's interview.

In other words ...... yall stop. ;)

5. Except the booing started BEFORE Gray's scores were posted.

On ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” as Jennifer Grey awaited her scores, you could hear a swell of boos rise up from the ballroom. This was an outcry that had nothing to do with Grey’s performance (which garnered a 24). It was so loud, a confused Grey asked hostess Brooke Burke what was going on. Burke offered up a forced smile and said she didn’t know. Live TV, people.

The cameras cut to host Tom Bergeron, who was sitting next to the ex-governor of Alaska. The audience was certainly better behaved and offered up a round of applause. Bergeron teased Palin about being a person who never had an opinion to express; Palin expressed all the right things about the show and how much she was enjoying it and looking forward to seeing daughter Bristol perform. The segment was perfectly upbeat; I just wonder what preceded it and how the show will deal with it.

6. HaHa!

after having engaged in a highly intellectual debate with a friend over whether that was Flo from the Progressive ads on last night's 'House' I channeled surfed onto this show just in time to see those two dancers being interviewed when suddenly the booing started. At first I was hoping this was Palin's daughter being interviewed }( until they cut to the Queen of Denial all full of her Hockey Mom self and golly gee so excited to be there and everybody's so fantabulous and winky winky no dissing on the "refs"....blah blah blah :puke:

I did note that when they cut to the judges the guy on the far right seemed to making faces at the crowd (mocking Palin I do not know) but I'd had enough of the free promotion at that point and turned off the tee vee.

p.s. note to the little Palin: Adjust your clothing PRIOR to the on air broadcast (little red light on camera comes on) because you kinda upstaged mom with your ill-fitting underoos. (not an attack on the munchkin I assure you all)

Now having seen it three times, including live, I'll give you that it is possible the crowd was booing Palin ..... lol or Jennifer's low score (not low compared to others, but low for her performance.)

No matter when they booed ... if they were booing Palin ... and we're celebrating, then we're just as petty as your average teabagger. And that's not cute.
