Will The President Mention Osama Bin Laden Tonight In His Speech?.........
after all OBL was the initial reason we got into this whole mess - wasn't he. Oh yeah - I realize the reasons were changed many times by BushCo as this war dragged on.

But why hasn't anyone been talking about OBL and potentially capturing or killing him. Oh yeah - there are many here that believe that he is already dead. If so - why haven't they been shouting that out from the mountaintops.

We only have one guy in this country that is focused on getting Osama Bin Laden - and he was made out to be a crackpot. You know the guy I'm talking about - the one that went to Pakistan/Afghanistan and dressed like the natives so he could kill OBL.

1. Osama Bin Who?
Where is he? What is he doing nowadays? When's his next video due???

Hopefully, Obama won't continue Bush's Bin Laden/Saddam Hussein/Iraq conflation. Something tells me he won't.

2. No, from a policy perspective the generic term "terrorist" paints a broader target

4. He should aknowledge that Osama bin Laden's goal was to
bankrupt the US by embroiling us in a war in Afghanistan, like he did the USSR. And he should say that this ploy has worked beyond OBL's wildest dreams because not only did he manage to bankrupt the US, but he manipulated Bush to take out one of his (OBL's)enemies in Iraq. Therefore, he is starting an investigation to see if there are any connections between the Bush administration, the oil industry, the bin Laden family, and al-Qaeda. If there is, he will send the relevant Bush officials to Guantanamo for a little vacation; and will sieze all oil company assets in the US to pay of the war debt. Oh and he will be sending Cheney to Pakistan as an Ambassador the Pakistani Taliban; he will be parachuted into the areas of the country they control without a security detail, but Yoo will accompany him as his legal advisor. John Bolton will be sent in to capture Osama bin Laden, along with any top-level Bush advisers he is able to recruit, which is to say he will be alone.
