1. For crying out loud! Why is this so difficult!!!
This is a bill that would protect consumers from the evil doers on Wall Street and this is AN ELECTION YEAR!!!! Great GOOGLEMOOGLEY!!!!

That's why. Apparently both Whitehouse credit card interest amendment and Merkley-Levin will now get a vote. That's great news!
