Hand in hand, fighting for historic change - Steny Hoyer, John Lewis, & Nancy Pelosi

Within hours we hopefully will have no more worries for you parents concerning your child being denied coverage for a pre-existing condition, and the same for adults in 2014.
Rebates for the elderly to cover the donut-hole expenses from prescription costs.
Coverage for over 30 million American citizens who currently have none, most of whom will receive some or full credit to purchase insurance (that's amazing).
It's not everything, but we ALL know how hard it is to get anything done with differing ideas in D.C. and all the millions spent to stop any reforms - there is reason to celebrate the good in their hard fought victory. Next week we can start pushing for the things they gave up, but these people have been fighting for these extremely important changes against a very nasty and misguided group of people, and I appreciate it.

3. I appreciated the symbolism of it! I wouldn't mind a whole bunch of bigots and cruel teabaggers got
a nice stern whack in the head with that for all the vile and hateful things they've said to people who are out there pouring their hearts out about their stories of horrible health care stories, only to have these Teabaggers mock their trialing times, and of course, the racists and homophobes from yesterday.

I hope they are paying full attention in a few hours, and hope great history is made and they have to realize their time was WASTED.

5. I wish I was there cheering them on. A much better day for them after yesterday's hatred
and intolerance. I'm glad they moved things around so they could move the morons away from them, and to allow them to give us this great memory.
