Photos: The Obama Presidency February 18th and 19th, 2010
(sorry, pooped, this will have to be another one of those "throw them up there" OPs)

President Barack Obama waves to the crowd as he arrives at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colo. , Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010.

(This one Reminds me of his sustained, photo-oppy hugging Geithner at the SOTU. Take that for what you will)
President Barack Obama is greeted by Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo. , as he arrives at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colo. , Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010.

Obligatory "pointing to the side" photo...

And in case you're still confused on who he's backing...

And ... just another random day in China...

An ethnic Tibetan monk walks past a picture showing China's President Hu Jintao (L) shaking hands with U.S. President Barack Obama outside the U.S. embassy in Beijing February 19, 2010. President Barack Obama hosted exiled Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama at the White House on Thursday, drawing an angry reaction from China and risking further damage to strained Sino-U.S. ties.

For all of the POSITIVE about being First Lady, I often feel sorry for Michelle that she can't do the simple things we take for granted. Like going to the grocery store, seeing all of the choices and picking what she wants and splurging on the new stuff. Well...

First lady Michelle Obama tours a Fresh Grocer store in Philadelphia, Friday, Feb. 19, 2010. Mrs. Obama's visit to the store was to highlight Philadelphia's efforts to get healthy, affordable food to its communities.

... and she EVEN got to have a "schlurpie!"

... and this guy got to tag along (in a blatant effort to try and rub some of Michelle's positive polling numbers onto him.)

First lady Michelle Obama takes the stage before making remarks at Fairhill Elementary School in Philadelphia, Friday, Feb. 19, 2010. Mrs. Obama's visit to Philadelphia was part of her efforts to curb childhood obesity.

Student Albalee Rosa is applauded by Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and first lady Michelle Obama at Fairhill Elementary School in Philadelphia, Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, as Mrs. Obama's visited Philadelphia as part of her efforts to curb childhood obesity.

President Barack Obama speaks at Las Vegas Chambers of Commerce in Las Vegas, Friday, Feb. 19, 2010.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nev. greets president Barack Obama before a speech to Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce in Las Vegas, Friday, Feb. 19, 2010.

"Here's a question Mr. President. Let's say I got a letter from half of the Senate Democratic Caucus asking me to include a public option in the health care bill. .... just hypothetically .... what should I do with it?"

U.S. Secret Service agents use sprays and rags as they polish the presidential limousines ahead of the arrival of President Barack Obama at Andrews Air Force Base, Md. , as he returns from a day of campaign events for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. , Friday, Feb. 19, 2010.

3. A great collection. Thanks for sharing. Compared to the wall-to-wall CPAC coverage,
it would seem that the president's visit to Vegas got little coverage. Even my favorite NPR shows seem to be obsessed with the CPAC circus.

4. Hey, got Nevada and PA covered today..
That was so funny when the Prez was saying how much he loved Las Vegas and what he said before was just asking not to spend college money on gambling..really, college money is only for college.
