1. Good one! There's one more accomplishment which should be acknowledged for
Alán García Pérez:

Major dancer of the highest order!

Also, overseer of massacres.

~snip~
The Garcia administration unsuccessfully sought a military solution to the growing terrorism, allegedly committing human rights violations which are still under investigation. These include the Accomarca massacre, where 47 campesinos were gunned to death by the Peruvian armed forces in August 1985, the Cayara massacre (May 1988) in which some thirty were killed and dozens disappeared, and the summary execution of more than 200 inmates during prison riots in Lurigancho, San Juan Bautista (El Fronton) and Santa Barbara in 1986. According to an official inquiry, an estimated 1,600 forced disappearances took place during Garcia's presidency. His own personal involvement in these events is not clear. Garcia was allegedly tied to the paramilitary Rodrigo Franco Command, which is accused of carrying out political murders in Peru during Garcia's presidency.

2. Unbelievable isn't it?
The level of corruption in Perivian politics will ensure that the poor and diminishing middle-class will never get ahead...

3. Keeping an enormous sector of Peru's population broken, and helpless will always ensure a generous
pool of cheap labor, allowing far more profit for the hogs who simply hire thugs from the lower classes to torment, threaten, torture and murder would-be social activists from their own country who seek to improve the common lot.

El carnicero de Cayara, el hoy presidente Alan García,

inspeccionado la masacre de los comuneros. Ni olvido,
ni perdón, los deudos quieren justicia.

Google translation tool:
"The butcher of Cayara, now president Alan García,

inspected the slaughter of commoners. Neither oblivion,
nor forgiveness, the bereaved families want justice."
