Colombia to ask Venezuela to pay $260 million owed to Colombian exporters

Uribe and Chavez meet in Caracas tomorrow about commercial interests

then Uribe travels to Brasil to meet with Lula. Brasil and Colombia signed a hot pursuit agreement that allows the respective militaries to pursue rebels and narcotraffickers within each others borders.
