I don't really give a shit how Chavez "looks", and obvious propaganda like these stories just make me want to laugh. Nobody here would give a shit about Chavez if it was not for all that oil, and how he "looks" to the Venezuelan electorate is the only thing that matters in terms of his political legitimacy.
