Biden again saying he shouldn't be VP
Times of India quoting a Spanish paper but anyway:

Another Democrat sometimes mentioned as a possible Obama running mate, Delaware Sen. Joe Biden, also said on Friday that he had no interest in the position, though he did not rule out taking the No. 2 spot if asked.

"I'm not interested in being vice president," Biden said at a foreign affairs conference in Venice, Italy. "The truth of the matter is that if you are asked you have to say yes. But there are a lot of other people he should ask first."

1. Are you okay with that?
I am REALLY getting high on the Biden for SOS possibility. I think the position holds more gravitas, and is more fitting to his stature.

2. If I was king for a day
And he couldn't be President..............I would appoint him Senate Majority leader.

I'm thinking this might not happen though....:D

So in that case I do agree with what you are saying. It appears the Obama team has their stuff together and probably don't need a strong VP......SOS is starting to make sense to me too!!

3. yeah, I think I would love to see him as Sec of State
less politics, more chance to shine.

And watching SFRC hearings would still be fascinating - he'd just be on the other side of the table across from Kerry or Feingold or whoever leads the committee :)
