Until last nite, I didn't know that Obama voted with the banks as well.

So was was Biden getting so much crap about this????

1. There seems to be some problem with the 2005 amendments that Biden

DID vote for and others didn't (Dodd, Kennedy, Kerry I think voted against).

Edwards was out of the Senate by that vote, and I THINK Hillary was not present because Bill was having surgery.

2. I think there was a small, but very vocal voice

that just didn't like Biden. If you don't like a candidate you'll see all the negatives and the reverse is true as well. Once you choose a candidate, you become blind to any shortcomings. Not "you" of course! I think most of us here were pretty open minded.

3. It just makes me crazy how Biden was not the only one that went for this bill,

yet took all the crap about it.


Obama's answer last nite was hysterical. He made no sense to me.

4. People see what they want to see

A visit to GDP kind of confirms that. Hypocrisy is rampant and we will see a lot more in the upcoming weeks. At least we don't have to be in defense mode every second of every day anymore (small consolation, I know).
