I didn't watched Ms Universe but from what I heard at work, the booing was cause Ms Mexico didn't made it to the finalists (the show was made in Mexico) and even when USA fell, she still made it. Apparently, falling is a big No No and you could lose points for that. O'Liely it's just using this as an excuse to instigate hate against Mexicans.
