Some things I learned from NPR's "Morning Edition" today

1) We are in Iraq under a UN resolution

2) Our policy towards Iran is exactly the same as it has been for 40+ years

3) Iran clearly wants a fight with the US

4) Iran is actively subverting our efforts in Iraq, and is the main driving force behind the insurgency

Why do you neglect to say that the source of the info was an (mis)administration official Nicholas Burns?
The interview was on NPR, but you make it sound like some kind of a report.

I did say it was the Undersecretary of State on Morning Edition. That would tell most people that it was an interview, since the Undersecretary of State does not typically work for NPR. Any belief on your part that I was trying to make it sound like a report is in your mind, because it isn't in my post.

BTW the "Hmmm" bit, as if you've discovered something suspicious and I'm really a troll, is unnecessary. And unrealistic too.

21. NPR is letting Burns spout crap without any analysis

They are therefore responsible.

There's liars all over the place. Reporting their lies without any kind of critical examination is every bit as bad. Even worse really, because it gives them false credibility. Burns will lie if he can get away with it. NPR lets him.
