1. "They've only been in power a couple of days...."
"...and have already created 159,000 new jobs!"

10. I'm not denying that.

The sad thing is that some will believe it and accept it without rationalizing that the data was being compiled for the last month.

12. You never know....
I wouldn't laugh this off. I have always thought that by the time Obama/Dem policys began to show that they are working, the GOP would be in this position and will begin to take credit.

WOuld it kill the Dems, or the so called liberal media, to make sure Americans understand what leading/lagging economic indicators are, and how they work?!?!?!?

Think about the kind of BS the GOP has been able to SUCCESSFULLY spin:

Palin, leader of the tea bag movement, supported the stimulus as a candidate for office. Now, as a celeberty, she is the poster child for the anti-stimulus movement.

The GOP is able to argue that Dems kiiled ALL the jobs. In the next breath, they say jobs are out there, Americans just dont want them, and perfer Dem sponsored unemplyment checks.

GOP lawmakers say the stimulus creates no jobs. But they request for, and receive, stimulus money for projects they say will create jobs.

The list goes on & on... All the while, 90% of Americans dont know they got a tax cut from Obama.

I repeat.... I wouldn't laugh at the thought of the GOP spinning the job numbers. As a matter of fact, I expect them to do it, and I expect it to work.

16. Except these numbers were for October...
Before the election. So far this year, over one million private sector jobs created. Remember those numbers. They will need to be repeated for the Republican propagandists.
