When we "won" the house and senate, WE DIDN'T REALLY WIN! It was a bunch of conservative Democrats who won. Why is it that when they win, they have people who are conservative, but when we win we don't have liberals? It's because we were trying to pull bullshit on people. Instead of actually changing their minds and winning that way, we had a bunch of knock-off republicans.

From now on we win by talking to people, and genuinely converting them.

Single Payer would be LESS COSTLY than what people are paying now for insurance. Much less costly. And it would spur economic growth by lowering the bar for businesses to hire people.

It is the opinion of single payer supporters that says the majority of people, who happen to be satisfied with their current plan, would be happier under single payer and they project that it will be cheaper and businesses will hire more people. I personally agree with that opinion and believe those projections, but those beliefs mean nothing when dealing with people who place individual rights before dollars.

If you refuse to understand that basic fact, you probably should just put your fingers in your ears and start screaming "we need to move further left."
