Democrats should start marrying the word 'extremist' to 'Republican'

Such as "the extremist Republican Newt Gingrich" or "the extremist Republican House minority leader Boehner."

The two words should never be separated. Especially during election season.

Alternatives like "far right Republican," "ultraright-wing Republican," or "arch-conservative Republican" would be acceptable. "Fascist American" might, despite being accurate, go too far.
