Help a good cause, if you can....

Hi fellow DU'ers,

My daughter is doing a "Bike to the bay" to benefit MS, my aunt had MS and Lupus and is no longer with us. She's ONE of the reasons she's doing this. My daughter is very involved in all sorts of charities, from collecting and wrapping presents at Christmas for kids who wouldn't have a Christmas (has done this since HS), to helping her uncle a retired cop raise money for families that have lost someone in the line of duty.

She really walks the walk, or in this case bikes. :-)

I know times are very hard right now, so anything you can do would be greatly appreciated. If you're not able to do anything getting out the word, and kicks and recs would be also greatly appreciated.
