I guess the cable news story of the day will be Kathy Griffin calling Scott Brown's daughters prostitutes on her Bravo show "The D List". But Scott Brown says you can call him anything but leave his family out of it. First, the Griffin joke comes from his silly comments at his victory speech. We all get this and understand Griffin's joke. Secondly, Scott Brown is thin-skinned. Martha Coakley took issue at an amendment he offered in the Mass house that would deny rape victims care at a hospital if the woman wanted birth control. Brown wanted hospitals to deny this if it were against their beliefs. The victim would have to find another hospital. His amendment went nowhere. So Ayla Brown, his daughter, does a political add to defend her farther against the attacks of Coakley. In the ad, Ayla says that she is ashamed of woman like Coakley who are setting the woman's movement backwards and then talks about her father and what a great man he is and how dare Coakley say these things about him. what a crock. Not only does it show Scott Brown to be thin-skinned but his daughter is now directly involved in his election by doing ads. She is an adult after a;;, and griffin has every right to joke about her and it is Scott Brown who is out-of-line.
