Bored? Head on over to FR and input the "NAACP: "Hardcore White Supremacists" Behind Tea Party" into their search box. I won't bother to post the link. It's posted by FR user kristinn. All I can say is, if irony is dead it's because these Morans killed it.

The entire thread has over 200 comments, with the original post going on about how the NAACP is race-baiting with this new anti-Tea Party resolution and the Left is just as bad at being racist and etc. There are literally zero posts apologizing or acknowledging the photographic and video evidence of racism (the Curious George guy, the guy with the NIGGAR poster, the Obama as a witch doctor posters) they presumably have never seen. Perhaps they caught a nasty bout of the Gonzalitis and cannot recall any of those unsavory images.

Note how quickly the discussion devolves into how the NAACP are really the racists after all, and that the "New" Black Panther group and that one crazy guy (King Samir Shabazz) who was all over Fox News last week are going to Blackify America. It was not until post 140 that one Freeper asked if there was even a connection between the NAACP and the New Black Panther party. He was informed, yes they was a connection (yet no links provided as proof).

Now, keep in mind that the entire purpose of the thread was to basically mock the NAACP's anti-Tea Party resolution because there really are no racists at these rallies; it's just a construct of the lame stream liberal elite media.

Behold the "evidence" that Tea Party patriots and Freepers in general are not racist. Nope, not at all. Granted these comments will be out of context, but I don't think the context will do them any favors. I encourage anyone interested to go their site to get full context. Some of the most vicious comments seem directed at King Samir Shabazz, but I can't shake the feeling that he's a proxy for their true feelings about Obama and black people in general.

That's what I've observed in many issues. NAACP started in 1937, conservatives as a response start getting all racist and filibuster the '64 Civil Rights Act, and then point to the NAACP as "playing the race card". Well guess who started the trouble in the first place? The brainwashing of the TP followers is just so amazing...coming down even to one of my old friends from high school (who even IIRC took a liberal to prom!) posting something on Facebook regarding the NAACP/Tea Party story and calling NAACP scum and racists. Such hypocrites, conservatives say all the time they stand up to the truth and values but fail to observe them themselves. Meanwhile in the wake of the conservative attacks on the NAACP I wonder when conservatives will start boycotting Rush Limbaugh because of Limbaugh calling former New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner "a cracker" who "made a lot of African-American millionaires" in the wake of Steinbrenner's death this morning. This is typical conservative attack the messenger, ignore the truth cycle.
