When is the next Deepwater Horizon type catastrophe?

I was speaking to a chief engineer for a gulf area drilling company who said BP was behind quota and rushed on Deepwater Horizon. He asked me to keep his company name out of this article.

BP and other oil concerns can turn this into a windfall in the gulf now.

What's one more spill matter in this ruined area?

Where are the new regulations to keep this from happening again?

Where's the enhanced equipment to prevent another spill?

Where is the investigation of the current spill going?

The safety program for this one is based completely in fantasy, as evidently was the current one...
