The beauty of it is that Limbaugh and Levin will be on the air trying to spin for you even more over the next few days, thus keeping the story alive even longer.


Bachmann and Palin and other GOP dingbats will find twisted ways to keep the story in the news as well.

You handed the Democrats an amazing and unexpected gift. You've hung a "BP" necklace around your own party's neck for the midterm elections.

When the Democrats manage to hold on to both houses of congress, you can look back and see where you lost the independents in the general election.

The day you made it official... the GOP is the party of BP.
