Send the dog out of the room---!
You know---I have a couple of degrees; I'm reasonably well-read; I have an above average vocabulary and I realize that profanity is often taken as an indicator that the speaker can't think of anything truly relevant and reasonable to say. However, after listening to comments made today by several Republican attention whores, "evil lying Republican assholes" is about as reasonable and thoughtful as I can manage!

The first ELRA is John McCain: GOP Presidential standard bearer in 2008; celebrated POW from the Viet Nam era; US Senator forever; straight man for Sarah in the "Half Governor Travelling Road Show". He essentially said that we should not read Faisal Shahzad, the man arrested for planting the car bomb in Times Square last week, his Miranda rights until AFTER we were sure we had all the information he could give.

Of course, the man is a US citizen and is entitled to all the rights provided in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and a couple of centuries of legal precedent and statutes. Johnny Boy, though, is in a primary fight with a classic God, guns and guts Republican with an IQ of a rancid kumquat. So, John has to show that, by God, he is just as batshit crazy as JD Hayworth any old day! "Screw the rule of law! To hell with the Constitution! Jesus H. Christ---Shahzad sounds pretty "muslimy", doesn't it?"

ELRA #2 is Michael "Heckofajob Brownie", who pretty much said that President Obama sabotaged the BP oil rig that exploded and burned in the Gulf of Mexico and has been intentionally slow in reacting so the oil damage will be more severe. All this because he wants to "bankrupt the coal industry"!?!?

My first comment is "Who in hell gives a rat's ass what this feeb thinks about anything---especially how to handle disasters?" That he is given air time to spew this bullshit is proof that there is a "contract" out on this president and the corporate media is doing its best to make the hit.

Maybe next they'll interview Bernie Madoff about how to stimulate the economy!

Finally, that ELRA who is responsible for so many of the others, Rush Limbaugh. This steaming pile actually agrees with Brownie: Obama is somehow responsible for the ecological disaster in the Gulf! Of course it isn't Rush's style to actually and clearly SAY anything that he can't wiggle out of. He's "just sayin'" that the timing is just---so---fortuitous---if someone wanted to stop offshore drilling and derail any new nuclear reactor construction.

What can you say about Rush that hasn't already been said? This: he's an unpatriotic and greedy elitist who is sexually confused, morally bankrupt and totally self-centered. And, oh yeah, he's an Evil Lying Republican Asshole.

If anyone tries to repeat any of the above to me tomorrow as "news" or "fact", I WILL hand them their ass!

3. Excellent
All the points you made are the same I have been thinking about all day.

I too, will be kicking some ass if I hear any bullshit.

From what I heard on the usual MSNBC shows there are some like Matthews just ok most times, however, today he and Olberman did a great job of interviewing both idiots and respected men of knowledge, honor and service. This is how we exile the likes of George Will, Brownie, et.al. Show them for what they really are shills, liars, political hacks. They should never show up on a legitimate political discussion program ever again on any network. We as a nation face serious problems and these assholes are not helping the country come together and get our shit together before it's too late. If it isn't already.

Thanks for your post. I need a Corona or something - I'm furious.
