1) It's a swastika put on someone's window most likely as a form of intimidation
2) It's made out of beans, evidently, which drags in a racial slur against Mexicans which is even more offensive considering what's going on in Arizona these past few days. And...
3) If I didn't know any better I'd say it looks like feces.
