Ed is tearing them a new one. I have both CSpan 2 and Ed going. Bernie Sanders in Ed now. He's devouring them.

7. No debate can occur. It's stopped for now, at least until after the election and if it
comes up then, it will be a watered down bill with deference to the republicans.

14. Nelson voted No, and Reid probably voted No for procedural reasons
I'm not sure exactly what the rules are, but I remember that Frist had to vote against his own bill when it wouldn't pass cloture, and it was so it could be brought up again.
