I've seen a lot of pictures of these tea party things, and they have, almost without exception, been completely white. Occasionally, you'll see a single minority, but he's almost always the center of the shot-- as in, the photographer made a point of taking the fellow's picture. I don't think I've ever seen a crowd shot with a minority in it.
